Hello beauties! Here is my video from last Monday. I filmed a short little bit of what I was eating that day, and normally what I do eat. My breakfast and lunch usually is the same (oatmeal or Ezekiel bread for breakfast, and a shake or something quick for lunch) as I am always busy during the first part of my day. But I will say that my dinners are getting more and more creative and fun! I will be sure to post more recipes this week! Below is a simple brownie recipe.
Melt a bag of chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life allergen free ones).
Add your favorite nut milk (about a half a cup, a little less if you want a thick and chewy brownie. I used coconut creamer).
Mix well and then slowly add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder while mixing.
Then add 1/2 cup of your flour of choice (I used oat).
Lastly, mix 1tsp of vanilla, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Continue to mix until well blended, but don’t over mix (you may use a blender or mixer for quicker making =) (I just didn’t feel like getting everything out).
Put in preheated oven of 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Be sure to oil your pan or use parchment paper.
